A tour of traditional Mexican food in the heart of the Byward Market, Calendario Azteca (Aztec calendar) serves authentic Mexican fare. Masa (corn dough) prepared the Real Mexican way! The Chef's menu showcases local specialties such as Crepas de Huitlacoche, a true Mexican delicacy; Avestrus al Tequila, Ostrich steak grilled and served in a Tequila reduction; and Mole, the Aztec word for(concoction or stew), to name a few. The wrought-iron railings, exposed stone walls, dim lighting and Mexican artwork help create a warm and intimate dining experience. Seating for up to 75people including a semi-private room with projector, ideal for groups up to 30 people. Reservations recommended.
