Blue Nile Ethiopian Restaurant serves fresh and nutritious cuisine with traditional Ethiopian customs. The varied menu is full of authentic Ethiopian dishes at great prices. Ethiopian dining is an informal affair where most dishes are served in the centre of the table for everyone to share. Most dishes are served on enjera, a pancake-like bread made out of teff flour. The extensive menu includes vegetarian, beef, lamb and chicken dishes. The Coffee Ceremony is an experience unique to Ethiopian Dining. It requires a full day's notice to prepare, so reservations are recommended. Catering service is also available.
