Nando’s Flame-Grilled Chicken brings the exotic flavours of Afro-Portuguese cuisine to Ottawa, now with two locations; locals can enjoy this world famous chicken, just steps away from their home. A marriage of flavours, techniques and worlds – Nando’s brings the Portuguese style of flame-grilled, butterfly cut chicken together with the flavours of Africa, through the use of the African Birds Eye Chilli – also known as the Peri-Peri Chilli.

Inside the restaurants, guests are transported into Africa, with authentic African Artifacts, imported straight from Africa to enrich the restaurants’ warm and vibrant feel. Hand painted murals, Afro-luso music and warm and welcoming staff all add to the experience which is Nando’s.

We have recently been renovated - let us now transport you to an exotic, faraway land - right in your own neighborhood!

Our ribs are marinated, braised, then grilled to perfection and covered in our secret sauce; our succulent and tender chicken is rubbed with spices and herbs and cooked just right. Both are served with a variety of fresh sides to accompany your meal.  Perhaps you prefer our pull-pork sandwich: slow-roasted pork seasoned with Carolina style BBQ sauce on a Kaiser bun, topped with coleslaw.  If you are looking for lighter fare, come try our Spinach Walnut Salad! A bed of spinach is topped with chicken, caramelized walnuts and a citrus vinaigrette.Our second floor seats 35 and is perfect for private parties. Reserve now. Take-out is also available.
