Led by Executive Chef Romain Riva, The Wakefield Mill offers two restaurants based on fine French and Québécois cuisine, infused with international nuances. Our fine dining room is embraced by the Mill’s one-metre thick stonewalls, warmed by a large open-hearth, double-sided fireplace, and extended with a 45 seat glassed-in solarium overlooking MacLaren Falls. The wine list features a selection of New World and Old World wines, focusing on boutique wineries hand-picked by our sommeliers. A country breakfast is served daily; Brunch on Sundays from 9am to 2pm. Dinner is served daily from 530pm. A full lunch menu is offered from Monday to Saturday. Decorated with historic pictures and with live Jazz on Saturday evenings, the Wakefield Mill Lounge is the perfect place to enjoy a pre-dinner drink.
