Ethiopian dining is an informal affair where most dishes are served in the centre of the table for everyone to share. Most dishes are served on enjera, a pancake-like bread made out of teff flour. The extensive menu includes vegetarian, beef, lamb and chicken dishes. The Coffee Ceremony is an experience unique to Ethiopian Dining. It requires a full day's notice to prepare, so reservations are recommended. Catering service is also available.
